Things are moving quickly at Bay State Commons (BSC)! We have cleared our last permitting hurdle, allowing us to demolish the vacant structure at 368 Pleasant Street, Malden, and begin construction on our three-story, 30-unit building. This puts us on a path for move-in during the second half of 2021. Twenty-three of our 30 units have been pre-sold to those who have gone through the membership process to become equity members.
A few units available

In addition to private units, the property will have 5,000 square feet of expanded common spaces, including a meeting & work room, entertainment room, wood shop, yoga/workout studio, kids’ play room, arts room, music room, social room/pub, great room and large common kitchen and dining area for occasional shared meals. There are outdoor decks on each floor, and a courtyard with green space that is for gardening and other outdoor activities.
