For the third year in a row, Bay State Commons sent a team to Triple Threat Trivia, an annual late-January fundraiser for the Malden Public Library. We chose a theme of Building Community!–as we were just weeks away from our groundbreaking and the beginning of the construction of our new home outside downtown Malden.

The photo shows us in our hard hats and construction vests, with our super-sized inflatable tools ready to tackle any construction job. We also brought a Lego model of our new building, surrounded by (bamboo skewer) ‘scaffolding’ and tiny cement mixers and crane-trucks.

We didn’t earn enough points to win this year… but we had a great time, for a great cause! And we’ll be pulling together another Team of Ten for next year’s Trivia fundraiser.
